I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in the building. Lauren did an amazing job addressing an upper back and shoulder issue I was having. She provided thoughtful tips on how to help my body heal and was great to talk to in general. If I lived in the area, I would come back sooner. I do plan on returning in the near future! I had not been for awhile and I was very impressed with the new Granite City location. The steam bath was so nice, a great experience. My massage given by Brandi was tremendous. She is very professional and customer friendly. After the massage she had water for me, and she was very sincere in suggesting I stay hydrated and that I may be a little sore the next day. I highly recommend her and I will be back.

The facility was very clean and calm. Saundra Metcalf did my massage and honestly it was the best I've ever had! I could tell that she has a great understanding of the body and muscle movement. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and even gave me some tips for post-massage! Thank you!
