Love the program, but I do think you should offer more flexibility in terms of the number of hrs. It is difficult to get 5 classes in a 4 week month. We want the kids to love this not dread it..
Hi Dolores, thank you for your feedback! We love having them, and can feel how much they enjoy and learn from their sessions.
We do have packages of hours available – while the rates tend to be higher than a regular monthly membership, it could offer you the flexibility you're looking for. Alternatively, you do have the option to book 1-hr or 90-min sessions, so that instead of scheduling five 1-hour sessions, you can schedule two 1-hour sessions and two 90-min sessions (4 sessions totaling 5 hours of instruction). Please feel free to let me know if you are interested in discussing either of these options.
Like a typical 6 year old, trying to get my son involved and interested in anything that's not video games is a bit of a challenge. He is pretty vocal and articulate about his likes and dislikes of certain things and Mathnasium has definitely made it onto his LIKES list. He enjoys the one-on-one attention he receives (even though he does well on his own) and has never fought me about going to his sessions. He enjoys the rewards points he accumulates every day he attends which can be used to "purchase" an item from the center, gives him an extra incentive. He feels very confident about his math skills and does not struggle one bit with his math homework from school. He even enjoys picking up the bill at a restaurant and adding up the tip for us (waiting for the day he can PAY the bill!). I look forward to watching him develop his math skills as he gets older and Mathnasium will be there along the way. I will be signing up my daughter as well when se gets a little older.

Amazing program!
We like virtual option but sometimes want to do in-person. However, we tried it and it seems like it’s also hard to concentrate when other students are too loud.

Our daughter was struggling in 3rd grade math. Her first report card came back with a D- when the rest of her grades were As. We've seen a 180 turn around since signing up with this tutoring service. She's been clawing her way out of the D- hole and is finally doing very well on quizzes, and tests. Homework is no longer a stressful moment for mom and dad. The tutors here are amazing!

Great instructors. They take the time to get to know each student, their strengths, weaknesses and develop a plan for improvement. I like the structure of the program and the assessment that show you the actual progress that is being made. My daughter is learning so much!

My daughter did not want to go at first. She cried and complained that she did not want to go. She has been going now for about a month. When I pick her up she tells me all about what she did and how well she is doing. Im pretty happy that she enjoys it. The staff seem really helpful and somehow make it fun for her to attend while learning.

My high school student has some gaps from the online learning that began in 8th grade due to Covid closures. Mathnasium has figured out where those gaps are and the tutors have really gone the extra mile to backfill those gaps so he has a strong foundation in math, while also supporting him with his day to day homework so he can meet his academic goals.
