So far our experiance has been pleasurable, Being able to stay at the deal the night we picked up the RV was very nice. Able to find a few issues that needed to be addressed. Shawn our walk thru person was great and answered our questions. He is great to work with.

John Fanale, although he had bad news for us, treated us respectfully and helped solve the issue we had. It was unfortunate that it cost us $7000 more but we were able to trade our unit in on a new one.

Colton RV is one of, if not, the best RV dealers in the country. Colton RV associates are committed to their customers and their needs. From the Owner Management to the service associates in the service area, they are the best. We purchased our RV at the Hershey RV show and picked it up at Colton's North Tonawanda, NY facility. Everyone we met and met with were extremely professional and helpful. We camped at the facility to try out our RV and work out any "bugs". All our questions were answered and those items that we saw AND our Service Associate that took us through the "walk through" of the RV saw were addressed quickly. Even an issue that popped up after we left was addressed quickly. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of all the Colton RV associates.

The hospitality we were given on our recent purchase of the 2022 Vanleigh Toyhauler was outstanding. It was not completely ready for us to bring home with us however we arrived Friday to do paperwork and Ruebin n Shawn told us to stay the night in our new toyhauler on their camp site. The next day we had a few other things to add to the list of fixes and they listened and offered for us to stay another night. We did!! So thank you for the great hospitality you have given us and can't wait for our toyhauler to be in our driveway soon. Already have 2 weekend camping plans made for this month yet!

Dan and John were extremely professional and very knowledgable when we made the deal on the 2021, 40 IH Phaeton. ( Our 2nd time/deal with Dan, first was on a 2019 37PA Tiffin at a rally in Essex Junction Vermont, great guy! ).
