The Terminex representative comes when he's supposed to come. He takes care of his duties without bothering anyone and we have no problems with outside bug problems.

Our technician Will has been servicing our house for many years now. He keeps the house well treated to keep it pest free. He is prompt, very personable and communicates very well with us in setting up treatment and addressing any potential problems. A pest free house and good technician really meets our needs.

When I called to ask for help with the problem of ants in our house, within two days a technician followed by an inspector turned up and went over the whole house , inside and outside,and underneath also. So far I have seen no more ants and hope that I do not spot any more.
We love Calvin.
They're good about calling prior to the quarterly external spraying. I do wish they could also check our crawlspace (which is easily high enough to walk in) for rodent activity and reset traps. But basically our house is much more livable since getting the exclusion service.
