I like Terminix but inside treatment doesn't seem to be enough. I do not have a severe problem but would like to see more treatment in areas I point out.

I signed up for Tick Treatments and the Tech came and serviced my yard. He did a great job and we are very happy.
A small error was made in the Sign Up/ Billing Process and the Terminix Representative (Lawrence) was able to help me and fix the problem. We will now be able to get monthly treatments and it will help to keep our yard Tick Free.
We also have a neighbor that wants to sign up now for service.

We were very grateful for the technician that came out to treat our home. We are first time home buyers and are trying to cover all our bases and because of the positive experience we had, we are now enrolled in 3 different plans within Terminix. I believe his name was William Hamrick and I think there might have been another technician but I am unsure of his name. My fiance was home but he was extremely pleased with the experience.

Great service. Technician very knowledgeable and thorough and professional.
LA Neal was very helpful and did a great job so I give him a 10 out of 10. The ongoing issue I have is that I need the service to be between 8 to 10 am on Saturday or Friday. This time is never scheduled by Terminix which makes scheduling more of a process.
