Tex is our service technician. And he is wonderful. He is very professional and attentive, and he does a great job of keeping me informed about when he is coming to service the house for pest control.
He had quite a hard time recently getting control of what appeared to be a roach infestation in my house. I saw them everywhere, and frequently. Most were dying, which is good. But what would be best is if I don't see them at all!
Administrative staff have always been very helpful to me, except the one time when I called for repeat service because the roaches were still showing up everywhere. She said that it sounded like I had an infestation in my walls and that there wasn't much you guys could do about that. This was quite disconcerting.
Tex finally got control of the roaches. He was very persistent. I always get the feeling that he wants me to be satisfied with the service. And mostly I am.
