Matt took the time to explain to me the products and service that would be most beneficial to get rid of cat urine odor. He was very professional and thorough in cleaning the carpet and even provided me with a military discount which was very much appreciated. The carpet dried quickly and that awful smell is gone from the apartment. I will definitely be calling for future services as this experience was far and above the quick in and out and upselling that I have been experiencing with Stanley Steemer most recently. I have called Stanley Steemer almost exclusively for the last 15 years, Zerorez will be my new go-to. Thanks, Matt!

THE COMPANY WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH, APPOINTMENTS WERE EASILY SCHEDULED, AND THEY WERE PROMPT AND METICULOUS. WHAT ALSO IMPRESSED ME WAS THE CARE THEY TOOK OF MY HOME. THE TECH WORE BOOTIES, HE PUT A CORNER SHIELD ON THE CORNER SO THAT THE HOSE VWOULD NOT MARK THE WALL, HE LAID A MAT DOWN AND HIS EQUIPMENT WAS PLACED ON THE MAT. ZEROREZ IS A GREAT COMPANY!

Appreciated the professionalism and work ethic of Matt G. He wasn’t in a mad rush to get in and out as quickly as possible. Some old stains required my going over them with spot remover, but my carpet was clean. Feel that Matt did a thorough job, especially in high traffic areas. Did a good job on a recliner, too.

I am so happy I went with Zerorez to take care of my carpets and upholstery. I have a light beige sofa, there was some slight staining, it cleaned up beautifully, I chose to add the scotchguard protection to help prevent future stains. Plastic was placed under everything when done.
The technician AJ was great. He explained what he’d be doing for me, he offered the scotchguard treatment which I decided for such a light sofa was the wise thing to do. Accidents happen after all!

Upon AJs advise I ran the ceiling fans, to dry the carpets quicker. They where dry in no time, what a plus.
There are other companies that offer these services, this is the only company I’ll use in the future. When you find the best you don’t want to settle for less.

RJ did a fine job on my carpet. He was also very concerned about my welfare. So much so that he took a small rug from in front of my kitchen sink and put it where the dining room carpet and the hardwood kitchen floor met. This was so that until the carpet was completely dry I wouldn't slip going from dining room to the kitchen if my shoes were damp from the carpet. That really impressed me. It could have been so easy to slip and fall if my feet were damp and I stepped into a dry floor.

We have had our carpets cleaned twice now by Zerorez and we are very impressed with how professional the employees are. They take care of the home while they are inside, they let you know about the process and make sure all your needs are met. They do not act like salesmen and try to push extras. Overall process is very smooth and easy going. Highly recommend.
