The whole spa was very clean and everyone was extremely nice. Carla was fantastic and made sure she paid attention to all of my problem areas!

The quality and how I am listened to by the therapist

the massage therpist was amazing.

For the price, the massage is excellent. I got the 60 min deep tissue and have felt great since. My only complaint is i had the first room in the hallway, so I could here every masseuse greet their client, ask them if they had to go the restroom, if the needed water, to have a good day. It was quite distracting and frankly Annoying. I would like to see so more restraint in using lower toned voices from the masseuses as this will help incline their clients to be respectful as well.
