The place was sanitary and calming right when you when in the door. I had Jacqueline and she was absolutely perfect from professionalism to pressure. This was my first massage so I was nervous, but it turned out amazing. I am definitely going back.
This facility is always very clean and professional. I was also impressed that they were able to set my appointment right away. I called in needing a massage and they were able to get me in the same day. Great service. The only other thing I could say is that I wish they would give u a slightly bigger glass of water after. Other than that, everything was great!

I drive pretty far to get there but I don’t mind as the trip is worth it. The good quality of service and affordable prices keeps me coming back. I liked the peaceful environment and the friendly, courteous staff. The masseuse was able to target the tense areas in the neck and shoulders. Although I'm a little sore, my shoulders and neck feel so much better. Next time I may try the Deep Tissue Massage. I would definitely recommend Urban Day Spa to my friends and family. Great job!

I have received excellent massages from many of your massage therapists. I have gotten other services (facials, foot spa, etc.) and been happy with those as well. I love that your spa is very clean, very quiet and relaxing, and that you are open seven days a week. I love that I can easily schedule appointments online. Last but not least, I love the prices! Your reasonable rates make it possible for me to come back often!
