I am very pleased with the water restoration work on my office building. The service technicians went out of their way to do the restoration quickly and without disrupting business. They worked nights and weekends to do the job without interrupting our daily schedule. I would highly recommend Service Master for water damage repair and restoration.

Service Masters won our business by being the first on site when the pipe burst. No questions were asked, they just showed up and were ready to work. Other companies in town were not as flexible and we did not feel they wanted our business. On top of that, Samantha and Euri were incredibly friendly & understanding, even after long days of working hard themselves.
First, the good communication from the person who was in charge...Euri. I was always kept upto date even when time schedules had to be changed. Also the demo crew worked hard when they showed up on the job under the supervision of Caleb. No loud music or srewing around and they were very polite, i was impressed. Some things have taken longer then i thought but Service Masters is very thorough.
