Love the classes and the people teaching them. If I could give one piece of feedback it would be that I've noticed more teachers are spraying the aroma scents during class repeatedly. With the heat and exercise it can be overwhelming. I really like it at the end when the heat is turned off and we're meditating but throughout class is a little too much for me. I've noticed more and more teachers doing it too.

I love the WC studio! The C2 classes have a great pace and they are actually hot! Some of the other Bay Area studios are not heated to the same level/humidity.

The classes are challenging -- they reset and refuel me and I think everyone should give it a try!

This was one of the best classes I've taken in a while. I'm getting really tired of studios playing pop and club-like music in betweeen classes. I've practiced at over 20+ Corepower studios up and down California and there seems to be a trend in this direction (and not just for sculpt classes which is different) it really doesn't make the studio any different than being out in the world (or a gym) - which is what I'm trying to escape for that one hour I give myself. This studio had good "yoga" music playing in the lobby and studio before the class started. This provided a distinct separation between the world outside and turning inward. It made it feel like something special was about to happen.
I also appreciated that the instructor reminded the C1 class to please be mindful and respect the quiet of those still in savasana as they left. I feel like too many of the instructors are too timid or are trying to be polite by failing to remind new students this. I had one instructor tell me one time she didn't want to be the "bad guy." Well, she became the "bad guy" for the rest of us loyal black tag members who have come to rely on Corepower as their one thing in the day where they can relax and practice. C1 students need to be reminded of this especially. The notes on the back of bathroom doors aren't working. It's doubtful how much time they're spending in the locker and bathroom areas to even see these notes since they're bringing their purses, keys, gym bags, cell phones, etc. into the studio rooms anyway.

Jackie, Brianna, & Rachel are my three favorite instructors!!! They represent corepower so well, and I am always so excited to take any of their classes. Truly amazing teachers! Beautifully kept studio!

Great teaching & nice environment

The teachers so far are great. The bathroom is spacious and the whole studio is very nice. I also love the music during the class and the option to do regular ypga or sculpt for strength.
