I love hot yoga and the way it makes me feel Its more like a moving meditation while sweating it out. The walnut creek location is excellent, especially their staff and instructors. I really enjoy all the things that CorePower has to offer.

I looove Corepower because y'all are so consistent, warm, professional, and a great workout for body/mind/soul. The instructors are friendly, open, knowledgeable, and have clear and concise cuing so that when I practice, I can get out of my head and into the movement.

The classes are excellent and the instructors are well trained as well as inspirational. Core Power Yoga and its staff have helped me make it through an extremely traumatic event. I continually think of little nuggets that the instructors offer before and after class and this has helped me gain perspective and move forward in my new life. I'm forever grateful.

I've been coming to core power for ~4 years now. Love the classes and the teachers! It's a fundamental part of my weekly workouts. One piece of feedback: classes are getting really full. Perhaps consider a sign-up model? Sign-up for a mat space? Overcrowding hurts the experience. Thanks!

Great teachers good location - the sculpt studio could be biggger
The 2/24 Sculpt class was way too hot. At one point there were at least 10 people coming in and out of the room. There were at least 5 people sitting out for 15 minutes in the class. If the teacher (B something, Indian ethnicity), could regulate the temperature better.

Wonderful yoga studio, friendly staff, knowledgeable teachers, beautiful locker rooms with first class amenities including fully stocked bathrooms, showers wash areas and changing areas with nice lockers; very nice studios with comfortable floors, clean equipment and full mirrors, good sound systems and just the right amount of heat. I would highly recommend the Walnut Creek Core Power Yoga studio to everyone!! Thank you!
