Clean, modern store in a convenient location. Ease of using the Sports Clips App to inform me of wait times and stylists available. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very competent and talented. I like the fact that there are haircut service options to choose from.

No waiting. The stylist who cut my hair (Missy) was skilled and competent. She offered several options and went with my wishes. Without resorting to hard-sell tactics, Missy introduced and/or suggested several hair care products. Safe to say that I would return and ask for her.
