I love to work out at the studio, Jeff is the best coach he explains everything and makes sure that everyone does the exercises in the right way to prevent any injuries.

I love the variety of workouts for each class and as someone who learned about weight lifting by watching videos at home, I feel like I've learned so much through the classes. It's also great to have coaches who can help correct your form so you're doing everything safely and getting the most out of each workout, and I love that they show you alternatives. And overall, it's just really fun! It's always a really good atmosphere.
Structured instructor lead workout makes me work harder than I would on my own. I love how great I feel after every workout and it helps me with my mental health! I have seen an enormous positive change in my body over the last year since I have joined orange theory. I am addicted to OTF!!
Intensive, but according to individual ability that doesn't leave anyone out. Coach guidance throughout well-planned routine for overall workout. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great follow through.
It’s challenging but easy to follow. Everyone is focused. I have the space to do what works best for me. The staff is supportive but not overbearing. 🤘🏼
The variety of workouts and inclusion of weight/strength training in each one, being able to monitor your heart rate and goals, and having accountability when making reservations.
I like that it's a mix of cardio and strength training. It gives me a great workout every time. I'm an aspiring distance runner and I've noticed that my runs have gotten easier and my run times have gotten longer thanks to orangetheory.
