Coaches are on point, upbeat, motivating, yet you can modify without pressure to overdo yourself. I like the varied workouts, different each time, and the changing of the workout as you go so you don’t get bored! You don’t do any one thing for too long, which I like.
I like that I don't have to think about anything - the workout is already designed and I just have to show up and follow directions! I also like that you can make the class as challenging as you want.
I love how it’s challenging but the coaches make you feel like you can do it. I love how the workout is fun. The music that is played brings me back to being a kid which I love. Thank you orange theory for making me rejuvenated
The workouts are variable which keeps things interesting. Natick’s instructors also do a lot to keep the class motivated and always try to give one-on-one attention to anyone that may need help.
A friend recommended OT to me and I have only been to 2 classes but I really think I will stick to this workout. It’s definitely challenging for me- I haven’t really worked out in a VERY long time. This workout makes me feel that I am making the most of my time when I am there, which is great for someone who really doesn’t particularly like to work out but as I keep going to the classes and sort of learn the machines and what to do I think my mind may change about that. 😊
