Always greeted with a friendly welcome, great conversation with stylists, I always leave it to the stylist on how my haircut it done and I’m never disappointed. They always offer new products that might interest me.
Customer service was GREAT! Manager who was in charge was very unprofessional yelling at staff in front of patrons! Amber was great and very considerate to applying to rules of state regarding COVID! Other other then manager experience was 5 stars as expected from store!!

This is the first day open after a few months of closure due to COVID-19. This store had a great process and setup and it was easy to get an appointment via the app and get my cut. Amanda my stylist is always great and she picked up right were she left off a few months ago with a perfect cut.
First day is reopening. All staff was busy taking care of customers. Fortunately we got in aftee 45 minutes. Some confusion with the app and customers were getting frustrated that they were unable to go right into the store as stated on the message they were receiving.

Alyssa at the Wilkes-Barre, PA location is a very talented and friendly stylist. I take both of my boys for their haircuts, and we are always happy with the results. The entire staff at this location is accommodating, knowledgeable and super friendly. The only place we will go! Even during the post-quarantine situation, they made re-opening a breeze while keeping everyone safe. Thanks!
