With Covid measures in place it was a bit of a challenge. I checked in at 1130 am and it told me I was 42 in line and my wait was about 2 hours. Which was ok is said to arrive around 120pm. I did and then had to be manually checked in again. We were asked to sit out side because with social distancing there was only room for 3 seats inside. No problem sitting out side to wait except it was extremely hot around 90 degrees. My wait was about an additional 1 hour before I made it inside. If I could make a few suggestions. One would be to have a cooler with water or other beverages to offer while sitting out side for extended periods of time. There were few older gentlemen that were clearly uncomfortable in the heat. Please figure out an alternative solution to having to sit in the heat maybe umbrellas for shade of something social distancing isn’t going away time soon and no one wants to be all sweaty right before getting a hair cut. Second, I know you don’t do appointments but when I check in online my time should be my time. It seemed firm my observations that walk ins were also being checked in and they were added to the line which pushed my wait time back. Third, when checking out they would not let me use the screen they did everything for me including asking about tip. It’s a bit odd to be asked tip about with someone else doing it for you ( I tipped 10$ which is what I usually tip. But is just weird to have to select it while people are watching you).
Now, my stylist was great she was pleasant and friendly and did a nice job. Also, most of the folks there were also friendly. The only real negative (other than being stuck outside for over an hour in the heat) was one the girls who was working the front counter. She was a little short with some of the other girls who were working with her. Telling them “don’t give them an option just do it for them” meaning using the screen to checkout. Also, a customer asked about the wait and how long would be until her son could be seen. The girl at counter replied rather snotty that there were 15 people in front of him and that it would take as long as it takes 15 people to get done. The women then asked if he would get by 4 pm because she had to go to work. The girl replied that she didn’t know and the wait it the wait and if she had to go leave could. I am a retail store manager. so I’m observant when it comes to customer service. The girl at the register area was a little harsh. Finally, knowing quite a bit about Covid requirements for businesses I would like to say that Everyone I saw taking it very seriously. Cleaning the seats every time some moved from them. Wiping down high touch areas and cleaning and sanitizing work areas. This was nice to see. Overall, the experience was good and I would and have recommended coworkers to come in for hair cut. On this visit which is the 1st after reopening, the entire staff was awesome. They provided guidance on how to social distance and managed the substantial crowd with concern & compassion.

Very busy but very professional. You could tell the manager had everything under control. Amazing considering they just reopened due to the pandemic. Amanda was excellent!!! Great job. I’ve never had a bad experience there.
I've been coming to SportsClips for ATLEAST since 2016. Kristi has been cutting my hair consistently every 2-3 weeks since then. Pretty much she's the only one I let cut my hair besides another great barber, Tracy. This all being said came in today, and I guess it was owner who I talked to or who talked to me. This guy had the nerve to talk to me about how he's out of money and charging people more because he had to hire people to clean. Seriously you own 2 Franchise Haircuting places, and you know for a fact your going to make a ton of money because of the demand for a haircut, but seriously NOBODY cares about your money problems. 4 years I've been coming here, never had a bad experience until today. Yeah bro you'll make it you have money because you wouldn't have hired 4 people to help clean. When this guys isn't here I'd say 10 out of 10, but after listening to this clown I'd come back another day next time or go somewhere else. People are loosing their jobs, cant feed their family or worried about how to keep a roof over their head and this guys wants to tell customers his money problems, very unprofessional!
Post corona a long wait was expected. I was the last customer of the day yet Amber was still friendly and professional. Haircut was quick yet thorough. I would highly recommend Amber to anyone.
