I think they did a wonderful job to get us back up and running. I did have some concerns at the conclusion of service as items that were broken during the cleaning part, never got replaced as promised and I never recieved calls back when I called and left messages.

We didn't actually end up using Servicemaster because we are a construction company and were able to take care of things ourselves. But they were very responsive when we called them.
