I like the friendliness of the staff. Having a courtesy ride after dropping off my vehicle and a ride to pick up my vehicle is a godsend. I like having itemized invoice on what work was done and what work needs to be done is very helpful. Also, I appreciate that work that needs to be done is completed in a timely manner.
