For a few years, both my son and me have been getting our hair cut at Sportclips. The price is reasonable and it is typically easy to check in ahead of time and limit wait time. More importantly, the staff, especially over the past year, have been great with my son. He is six years old and has autism and hyperactivity, which causes sensory issues that has made getting haircuts a very difficult experience in the past.
They have been very kind, patient, and understanding, which has made him more comfortable with getting a haircut. By now, haircuts are a more normal routine and he now likes getting the MVP!
Our haircuts at Sportclips not only look and make us feel fresh, but have also made my son comfortable and excited for something that is a challenge for young people with autism.
I really like the girl Jackie. We usually go to a different shop but I called them to see how long the wait was and was told 50 minutes. When I got there I was told they weren't taking any more people because they close at 4. The person that usually cuts my hair was there and I told her I called you would have thought she would have said stay I'll cut it but she didn't. So we left and went to this shop. They were open till 5 by the way it was about 3:15 when we stopped at the first shop. When we got to the shop they said they would take me and I'm glad they did we really the girl. I got the MVP and was awesome and I loved my hair cut. By the way we won't be going back to the shop that we usually go to so they lost a client. You should have more people like her. Jackie is an asset to your company. If 10 stars was the best I would give a 20 because she was twice as good.

Krystal is always so friendly and knows / remembers how I like my hair cut. Even when I let someone else cut she made sure that they were taking great care of me. Deb is great when Krystal is not there.

Your stylist Jackie. I don't normally go to this shop but I called the shop we usually go to and was told there was a 50 minute wait so went over right away. I would have said if it was someone I cut all the time that's okay stay I'll cut his hair. But she didn't so we left and I took him to a different shop and they took him. So the shop that we usually go to lost a customer and the one that we went to now has a new client. We really liked the stylist Jackie. She is an asset to the company and you should find people like her to hire. If 10 was the best I would give her a 20.
