Great people who are knowledgeable and honest. For example:

Knowledge: The gentleman who visited to do the termite bond inspection was friendly and helpful. He walked us through the house telling us what he was looking for, warning signs we should be aware of, and things we could do to prevent termite problems (like pulling mulch back from the house).

Honesty: An associate accidentally broke the light fixture on an old outdoor fan while sweeping away spider webs. No one at home at the time realized what happened, but the associate came to the door to let me know he had broken the light and gave me his number for me to send the measurements for him to replace it. Additionally, he spent 10 minutes outside on his hands and knees picking up the broken glass. Many people might complain about a broken light, but I was just impressed that he took responsibility and helped clean up the mess. That was worth more to me than any light fixture.
