Apex always keeps the appointments at the scheduled time. We've not any problems since Apex has been treating our yard.
What I like best is their accounting process. The invoice always includes what was done, date, time, etc. And everything is done by email. Plus, the invoice can conveniently be paid online.
Apex does the scheduling they show up, do the job (very efficiently) and are gone.
