Technicians respond quickly when services are scheduled. Payment services are easily handled with company. When problems do arise, Apex service techs are quick to respond.

If it’s the service I have every month, they call me and schedule an appt.
If it’s involving the rodents in my attic, eating thru my closet ceilingswhen I needed their help some one was sent right away and placed traps.

I like the service but we do not get calls prior to them showing up. So if we are not home they only do the outside of the house. Then we have to call them to come back and do the inside.

They should call us to make appointment so we are home.

The quarterly service technician is very thorough and helpful. Always willing to address our concerns, if we have any at the time. We're confident we're getting an effective level of protection/treatment. This is a service worth having.
