Jimmy is a great technician. However, several weeks ago we had a visit from another tech, I believe the name may have been Carlos. He lectured us for having called to request service. Said we should have known better. Said your company doesn't communicate well with customers and explain when to call and when not to call. It was a very uncomfortable conversation for us. We are new to Florida and felt that if we saw bug activity we should call and not wait for it to get worse.
