Katherine is an amazing employee of yours with a great upbeat attitude in addition to being very welcoming saying hello to everyone as they walk in and she seemed very personable to the others before me and was very nice to me as well. She gave me a great haircut, explained the July repeat thing (which was awesome) and showed me which products she used Incase I needed any. I enjoyed our conversations and shared laughter but also her smile was magnanimously enchanting, authentic and warm. Over all it was a great experience and I think Katherine is an outstanding hire.
