School of Rock is a wonderful place where children and young adults can learn music and discover their talents. They have talented instructors. My daughter has a great experience learning music and instruments. She is able to play different instruments, sing, and perform with confidence.

I'm in one of the adult bands. I never played an instrument growing up and I'm really enjoying the journey of learning to play a musical instrument. SOR makes it possible, even easy, to play with other people, in front of people, and I really feel I get a lot out of it.
The teachers are amazing and most importantly, my daughter is having fun while learning!
So for a while my 9 year old son was asking me to take him to drum lessons. I have to admit I had a preconceived notion about The School Of Rock. I thought, oh here we go some trendy thing to scam parents out of money. I grew up playing multiple instruments myself and I have a home recording studio. I have four children and never pushed any of them into music. My youngest is all about it. Best decision I made for lessons is take my son to The School Of Rock and we got hooked up with Johnny for my sons drum lessons. My son loves learning from Johnny, he’s great with him, & to top it off the dude is just an all around good guy. No stuffiness, the staff, ownership, everyone across the board is super down to earth and genuine. I’m extremely happy that I found the nerve to finally go through with taking my son to The School Of Rock, it’s been a fun ride so far and we are lovin every minute of it. :-)
The staff is always willing to assist you and answer questions. The lessons help bring my child more confidence. I would definitely recommend
My children are learning how to play the drums and are having SO much fun doing it! They look forward to their lessons every week!
We like that it pushed Emma outside of her comfort zone and give her an opportunity to play an instrument she would have never played before.
Friendly welcoming atmosphere built confidence and arranged an amazing performance in just one week of camp! Our daughter had a fear of public singing and became a belt it out lead woman. Loved every minute of her camp time with instructor Michael.
Friendly staff, nice supportive students, opportunity to try a new instrument. My daughter really enjoyed the program. On performance day, she was nervous but I heard another band mate encouraging her after. Only con was that she was expecting to sing lead on one song but felt overpowered by the backup singers, who also sang lead. Overall, a wonderful experience, looking forward to another week!

Awesome place to learn to play music. I am 54 y/o and never picked up a guitar until a few years ago. Immediately they put me in a band and set me up with lessons. Now i am performing at shows with friends and family watching. Absolutely amazing experience.

There is an emphasis on fun and for a kid starting music, it's great.
We love how School of Rock encourages the kids to try other instruments to see what they love and we love that they allow them to gear their lessons to what songs they love.

My kids had an amazing time at Rookie camp! They actually learned how to drum and play chords on a guitar... and they have such confidence! They'll be returning for lessons and band practice!

I am 54. I always wanted to play guitar but could never find the right teacher. I figured that the door closed and I would never learn to play. My brother in law introduced me to this school and recommended I take lessons with them. I spent one night watching how they teach and allow the students to play together in a band. I figured I would give it a try and see what happens. Two years later I’m playing lead guitar in a band. The teachers are great and the school is fantastic. BTW, I’m not getting paid for this review :)
My daughter's teach Mike is fantastic. The mix of private lessons and playing in a band is a perfect combination.
