Customer Testimonials
My son Joseph likes how the classes allow him to be himself. His instructors are patient and friendly. The lessons are easy-to-follow. Not only does Joseph learns a new song each week, but he also improves his musical skills from previous lessons. School of Rock is a place that builds his confidence and broadens his musical ability.
Great instructors who are patient and yet challenge you to keep lesrnimg and getting better. Such a welcoming community! Accolades to everyone at St. Paul SOR.
My Son enjoys it
Método de ensino e o entrosamento com os alunos!
Mitchell and Damian are super cool instructors. My son started going there when he was 4 and very new to music world and within 6months he can name so many different instruments and play the rhythm at home even using spoon and plate 😆. Love the school.
Aulas práticas com elenco desde a primeira semana, apresentações semestrais, competência e atenção dos professores e relacionamento das crianças com outros adolescentes e crianças.
The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. My son really enjoys his teachers and the classes. He is gaining a lot of confidence.
Great staff and amazing opportunities to perform
I like the email updates on lessons and band practice. My son is pleased with School of Rock too!
Everything. Flexible schedules; great communication with parents; great value and programs. I'm tempted to sign up for drum lessons myself. :)
The staff is fabulous and friendly, the instructors are positive and caring. Overall just an awesome experience for our 9 year old
friendly and skilled
I love the 1:1 lessons plus the ability for my kid to learn to play with others. It’s a musical version of a team sport where he learns to work together with others to succeed, that he needs to show up prepared so as not to let his band mates down. He steadily improves each session and loves the environment.
The instructors and owners are super easy to work with and are very knowledgeable. I also appreciate the time and effort everyone puts in to make great end of season shows.
I have a veteran musician as my teacher, having been in the music business for a long time. Knows the music I like love and want to learn. Perfect for my age.
The personal attention and friendliness of the staff.
I LOVE MY LESSONS! Hannah is my singing coach and she is AMAZING. I feel safe in my lessons with her. No judgement as I am brand new to singing. I feel encouraged and excited to learn at this facility. Will always recommend them.
The fact that my son is learning an instrument he loves while having fun. The people at the Barrington location are also amazing.
Teachers are friendly, professional and courteous.
Like the culture and music teachers
Like the combination of individual lessons and rock band
I joined SOR about 5 years ago. I always wanted to play guitar but never got around to doing it. I tried private lessons but it never worked out. With SOR, they not only teach you how to play but they put you in a band as well. The live performances are awesome and its so much fun to be able to play the songs that you love. I highly recommend SOR to anyone who wants learn to play an instrument.
I have been so impressed with School of Rock. From the moment my daughter and I stepped in the door for the first time to tour the school I was blown away by how welcoming the owners and staff were. The facility is amazing and my daughter loves it there.
My son loves it. He is engaged the entire time.
The teachers are knowledgeable and seem to enjoy teaching and getting to know there students.
The programs are perfect for students of all skill levels, and the staff is perfectly friendly and helpful. School of Rock Denver is a very professional outfit that will give your kids the opportunity to grow and discover themselves along side others with shared goals and aspirations. My son loves his time and friends there and has become a very talented musician who is far more confident and thoughtful than before he started. I couldn't ask for more.
I enjoyed the student to teacher ratio. For a camp, it’s fairly expensive but worth it. I loved the crafts that they made. The kids got playground time which was great. I’m not sure how the space was utilized but it seemed like you guys used the space above the sushi restaurant, maybe the martial arts space and on the last day, the community hall was used, I really like that. It made it really feel like it was a part of the community. I liked that this was focused on fun and at the end there was a performance.
A couple of things I would change is the swag. They used to give out t shirts and now they give out a little bag and rubber bracelets. I think you should just give a 10 dollar credit to buy merchandise or a give a nice grocery bag so it promotes conversation. Like “oh, do your kids go here? How is it??” Or make trucker hats! I’d buy a few of those easily. Make swag so people use it and promote school of rock.
At the end performance, I would maybe just do two songs a group, It’s ok if parents pick the kids up early on the Friday! There’s an awesome playground right at the community centre that the kids loved afterwards!
Chase has been very happy at SOR - thank you! The team at SOR has always been very friendly and customer service oriented. Keep up the great work!
love the staff, ambiance, and room set-up.
