The concept is fabulous. The kids get to feel like rock stars. It gives a boost to their self esteem. The instructors are great! I'm always amazed at how much they accomplish each season. There's a very welcoming family vibe at School of Rock Wexford.
Friendly staff, professional music players with clear ability to transmit knowledge to students. You can clearly see the student's progress as time goes by.
Excellent teachers, good learning environment
The atmosphere at School of Rock San Diego is the best. The kids hangout and get to know each other becoming friends in the student lounge area. The teachers are professional musician's in bands and not just music teachers. I like how they play the songs exactly as the artists play them. I moved my son from another School of Rock to this location. With the atmosphere and teachers, I feel this location is the best School of Rock in San Diego County and possibly the country.
This is a great system to introduce kids to music in a practical manner. No boring scales to deter learning an instrument.

We are greeted warmly and the staff always interacts well with the kids. Gabby and Victoria are great. The performances were above and beyond what we expected and so much fun. Our daughter is learning and has developed a passion for music.

I have really grown in my musical ability since starting with school of rock 2 months ago. Playing with a band and then having an opportunity to have one on one support and education is a great combination.
The staff and owners are really friendly which makes walking in to School of Rock comfortable and positive. I appreciate that all of the staff are highly musical people, I am super impressed so far!
And my band mates...fabulous. We are moving forward from rough to rockin' thanks to our band lead and the efforts of everyone!

Sterling has been doing guitar for a while and he is always happy to go even if he is down some days. His teachers have always been nice and they send messages sometimes. We need to have him practice more at home. I do wish there was a little more communication between teacher/parent. Maybe like a quick phone call once a month to check in.
