I have been a customer of Urban Nirvana since they opened in Columbia, SC approximately 10-15 years ago. I always had the same aesthetician so of course the main thing that kept me coming back was her. I did quit for a while to try sugaring, which was recommended to me. On my visit this week I met someone new in Charleston and really liked her. I will be returning and requesting her for future appointments. I did get my mother going in Columbia and she too was happy with her aesthetician but had to switch to someone else due to staff reassignments. She goes for monthly facials. She seems to be happy with the new person although she had the previous one for quite a few years. So the answer to your question is 'the person doing our services'.
