The staff are very kind and customer service oriented. Even for waxing services, which quite frankly are just uncomfortable overall, the person that helped me was incredible professional and made the experience far better simply by her calm demeaner.

Staff says "hello", offers to help but isn't "pushy". Locker rooms are clean well-lit and have enough space. Shower facilites are clean and supplies are provided. Relaxation area is appropriately lit, calm, water fountain is nice. Therapist was friendly and gave a great massage working on areas that needed attention with great pressure with some relaxation, too.
