I'm sure all of the massage therapists are great, but ELIZABETH is absolutely the best therapist I've ever had. Her technique, variation of pressure, professionalism, and friendliness keeps me coming back. She deserves a bonus, a raise, or at the very least, an Employee of the Month award. She isn't too talkative, but when she does, her voice is so soothing that it's not bothersome at all.
I would come to UN every other day if I could afford it!

I love the relaxation room before the service! I normally have a great brow wax experience, but this one didn't turn out as well as past visits. The young lady was extremely nice, but didn't ask what I wanted for my brows (which the technicians usually do). They didn't turn out quite right and I found myself tweezing when I got home. I'll definitely come back to UN, but will definitely be more specific about what I want next time.
