My son has been attending SoR for a little over a year at this point and I mean it when we say we love this entire program! From the cool, laid back facility to the knowledgable, patient instructors, we have yet to have any complaints. The scheduling is simple and they are incredibly flexible. The entire staff has been a pleasure to work with. My son has grown as a drummer in ways I didn't know was possible! He participates in the Rock 101 group and private instruction with his teacher- the communication between the two directors in regards to his songs, things to work on, etc. has been fabulous! The actual SoR process for learning the instruments is great as well. My son is never bored, he gets to play the songs he likes while still learning the instrument fundamentals, and the notes from the instruction after each lesson give us a great feel of what he is working on during the lessons! My child was excited to talk about what he was learning and he seemed like he was having a lot of fun with it. The staff was enthusiastic and it seemed like a great way to build confidence and learn about the basics of music at an age-appropriate level (5-7).
great school, great kids. Fun and learning. my son is very excited about music again, after waning at the end of the school year and into the summer. thank you!!! After-hours activities for the smaller kids would be a huge help for working parents, even if just for an hour and kids could bring their own non-electronic activity/game and just chill.

I love that School of Rock provides a welcoming and approachable environment for people to be exposed to music. My son loves his teacher, and looks forward to every class. He gets to learn about the fundamental elements of music in an age appropriate setting with zero pressure.

The owner and instructors are so supportive of our kids. They are always encouraging them to expand their skills and that they can do anything, even when nervous. All the students are as talented as experienced musicians, and people are blown away when they learn they are 18 years old or younger. School of Rock Randolph is especially encouraging and supportive of kids with ADHD or social differences. This is a great place to be for our kids whether they are learning music, hanging out with friends with the same interest, or just gaining confidence. I highly recommend the School of Rock program and especially the Randolph location.

Open minded fun place to Rock! Could use a few upgraded equipment pieces like new microphones, and extra drum sets, but overall nice items to jam on. Camp shows have the music too loud, cannot hear the singers, but it's a fun studio to have a show in! Would like to join more camps, when school season is off, not just for public school vacations, but for private school time off as well. A variety of camps keep us interested in coming back over and over again. A way to have a reduced rate for membership for students who cannot attend all the time due to school would be awesome. Overall, this is a great place to learn, feel like you're part of a real band, and it is a great investment in learning music, and being creative. Students from all walks of life learn to work together. We LOVE the School of Rock!
The camps are fun and inclusive to all students, regardless of their talent level. The Instructors are helpful and patient.

Great environment for the kids to learn and develop a love for music.

My son had a wonderful week. He felt comfort, proud of what he learned, and had a blast.
My son has been extremely engaged this week. He is learning two new instruments and improving skills on a third that he already knew. They chose strong songs that are iconic in the genre and they have figure out how to keep it interesting for a full day (6 hour) camp.
My son is learning and enjoying it, that is what I want from a camp. Music requires focus in order to see results, so kids with short attention spans are intimidated by an instrument. He is enjoying the immersive experience
My son absolutely loved the school of rock - 90s grunge band camp! He wants to go there everyday. We will definitely be signing him up again! :)

My daughter loved camp. She was excited to learn how to play musical instruments and prepare for a concert.
Great teachers! I also like the balance between the private lesson and band practice.
That you could learn music but also get some time outside to stretch your legs. You get exposure to instruments you haven't played before. I liked that we got to do a performance at the end.
1. School of Rock is a second family where all kids can be themselves and be accepted .
2. Kids are exposed to different classic rock music and develop an appreciation for classic rock.
3. Kids get to perform on stage at really cool venues.

Out of all the opportunities provided here in NWA for kids, School of Rock was the best decision to kick off interest and improve skills!! Will be looking into fall lessons!!
