I have been to CorePower for about 4 months now and I love it! A few friends of mine had memberships and spoke very positively about their experiences, which made me want to give it a try. I started with the mindset that I would do it for exercise, it was something fairly new to me and seemed like an activity I would like. I was amazed at how much more I got out of it besides just exercise. I do get a great workout but also, it is very good for my entire being. A late evening yoga class can help melt the stress of my day away and settle in for a good night's rest. I find that I more centered and calmer is stressful situations I face during the day. The instructors are awesome! Every class I have been to, they are always so positive and encouraging and it's been great. I recommend CorePower to anyone who are interested in trying something new.

Love the classes! Talaya, Leana, Alex, Alana and Troy are the best sculpt instructors. Max is good too. I take sculpt the most but have also done HPF and C2 in the past and like Katie's classes. Also, as a shopper I really like the retail selection and it's come in handy when I've forgotten a yoga towel or other, too. It's really nice to be able to come to such a pleasant space where the instructors genuinely seem to enjoy what they do and care that we are there.

I like that there are a variety of classes that are scheduled regularly throughout the day, the classes are geared to a variety of experience and fitness levels, the studios are very clean, and the staff is generally upbeat, friendly, and welcoming

I like how there are multiple studios with different class times so I feel like I am always able to find a class to fit my schedule! The sculpt class is my favorite!

Amazing teachers. Beautiful Studio. I feel so taken care of when I come in. I've only been twice, but have already felt so cared for. For example, I forgot my towel today for class, not realizing that all of the classes are heated. As I was slipping around, Leah, the beautiful soul she is, gave me a towel during practice and it changed my experience. I was able to make it through the flow because of her attentiveness. It really meant a lot. I'm totally loving this studio. I'm very likely to join soon.

Highly recommend troy's class. Great class for mixed level and class was full with good energy. Yoga beginner and not a big fan of working out but I will definitely go back for sculpt yoga class.

Sculpt instructor Troy is amazing. One hour went by so fast.

The yoga instructors are awesome. They are very approachable and available to ask any questions. I also like the location of the studio and the amount of classes offered throughout the day. Sculpt is very popular so it's great that there are now two options during the busiest time during the week.
