As a speaker of Hawaiian Language, I loved that I was able to attend a class where the instructors spoke Hawaiian and played Hawaiian music. Would be nice if this happened more often.

I like the cleanliness of the Ward studio due to the excellent SET team.
I never did yoga until my daughter had a break from playing soccer and invited me to try Corepower with her and her friends. I didn’t know if I would like it but after taking sculpt I loved it. I haven’t been to my gym since. Sculpt works my whole body, love the addition of weights and cardio along with the yoga practice.
Thank you Corepower for making not only my body improve but helping my mind be healthier too!

I enjoy the Sculpt classes, and the instructors. Every instructor has their own style and flow but it consistently covers the full body workout that we expect. The yoga community has broadened my circle of friends who share the same interests and for me, it is spiritual and helps my mind to focus.

Leah is AMAZING. Sometimes the CorePower classes feel very "cookie cutter" We go through the flow movements slowly, then quickly, then abs, then focus posture. The thing that is often missing is the deep yoga connection and life philosophy. Leah did that! She brought energy and so much fun!

Deniz, however, is terrible. She stumbles through classes, often doesn't know what she is doing, leaves us in postures for a very long time. I took her class awhile ago and my fiance took her class about a week ago and said the same exact thing (he didn't even know about my experience with her because we never talked about it).

You all have the BEST yoga sculpt instructors in the country!! Brooke and Rachel were amazing, the queuing was on point, music choice was great, and I thoroughly got the best workout in during my 60 minutes with them.
