Two studios

I like that multiple classes are offered at various times of the day. The studios and bathrooms are kept clean. The staff is friendly. The location is great for me!

MOSTLY the cleanliness of the ward class studios. Given the 1/2hour between classes seems to give the clean up crew more time to do a thorough job in mopping up the sweat. Having had 2 incidents with CONJUNCTIVITUS (pink eye)at the Kahala location and also hearing from other students who have had STAFF INFECTIONS from that studio too, I am very cautious when taking classes at the Kahala studio. At the Ward studio, I am still conscientious about using the antibacterial wipes, but I am more relaxed and not freaked out about the condition of the studio.
Also the larger space of this location is great.

sculpt your body with this class. It is such a great full body workout. The teachers motivate and inspire you to not only condition your body but your mind. Gain strength while finding peace. Namaste!

Very flexible class and training hours and near my work and residence.

Class schedule is good, allows for lots of options all day long, early am to later in the evening. Most of the instructors are fabulous, also.

I like the variety of classes offered at CPY. I started off with sculpt for a year and I'm finally venturing out to different classes like C1 and HPF. Great instructors as well. And clean facilities!

Positive energetic instructors. A variety of classes. The rooms and bathroom are clean. The filtered water is great.
I would like to see earlier classes offered at ward. Some people need to leave early to go to work and this can be disruptive to everyone else's yoga practice. Offering a 5:30 am class would give these yogis an opportunity to practice and still get to work on time. It would be nice if HPF would be offered as one of the first 3 classes a couple of times a week- currently just C2 or sculpt daily at these times. Overall I would rate it 5 stars-it's a top notch operation with friendly, positive instructors!
