Wonderful staffs and place!

I really enjoyed Diana's class. She's an excellent teacher. Gives just the right amount of direction and adjustments.

I have been very happy with the Merrifield studio. Both with respect to the people who run the studio Jen, Jordan... instructors such as Emily, etc. Wonderful group of people. Kind, nurturing and truly caring, competent and inspiring. LOVE the C1 sequence and try to attend and take C1 at least twice per week. The sequence, though their "baby" class really is a full-body, well thought out workout which challenges me every time! I'm never bored with it and I enjoy the thoroughness of the sequences and the way they flow. I have become very strong in both mind and body as a result of this C1 routine. I like that I know what to expect and also that I get out of class exactly what I'm willing to put into it.

Very friendly people, clean studios and locker rooms. My only thing would be to have the excess sale section in something different than a tub on the floor.
