I like how welcoming the staff is, how easy it is to provide feedback to instructors, and the variety of classes offered. There really is something for everyone.
I was introduced to core power yoga through SBS fit league. I would highly recommend this gym to friends and family. Having done yoga at other studios core power yoga really went into detail of how to do basic moves, how to alternate moves if one was uncomfortable or you had an injury of sorts. I thought this was extremely helpful. Also having done yoga before I have never had an instructor really break down the basic moves to really understand how that should flow together. I thought that was really great!

Love the clean studio, friendly instructors, and the adjustments instructors give during class - I've found a lot of studios are less hands on, which really helps me deepen into a pose.
The teachers are very knowledgeable, and are most interested in helping you learn and maintain a safe, healthy practice as well as helping students explore new poses and expand their practice.

The Yoga classes are not intimidating for beginners. My first class at CPW was great and made me want to get a black card. The teacher provided a challenging class with plenty of modification options. She also presented mindfulness and breathing in a way that seemed genuine and not overdone.

I like that there are different levels of classes, and the staff took the time to explain the differences to me. This studio made yoga more approachable compared to other studios, which do not always welcome newcomers.
