What do you like about our workout?

I love that no workout is ever the same, even if you continuously take the same instructor - for example, I am usually there twice a week and on the same two days with the same coach but no work out is ever the same during the week or week by week. I also really enjoy the team feel of the work out, and that the coaches and other members are not just focused on themselves but people laugh/try hard together. I love that most coaches will give you a wipe when you switch, which you don't usually find at other places, before someone else uses the machine(s). The only request I would make is to have the coach actually count out how many people start on a treadmill and how many people start on the floor, because if it's too many people in 1 half and not the other, the floor portion has been extremely difficult to complete when you are on top of someone else.

What do you like about our workout?

The trainer (Eddie) was very thorough in explaining what we were going to do, how to use the heart monitors, and how we could expect the workout to affect us over the long term. He was motivating and his music selection pushed me hard. The workout itself was also really well structured, since I never knew what was coming next so never got bored or intimidated that we'd be doing something for too long. I was very impressed with the class, and how it really helps you get stronger and have more endurance based on where you are individually.

On a visit from Houston and was visiting a studio while in town for work. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Such a friendly, professional studio!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I get a solid hour of increased heart rate, whereas when I workout on my own, I tend to cheat a bit more. I also like the sprints thrown in and the base periods. The equipment in both studios I've been to is also very clean and brand new.

Intensity. Would like more tornado style workouts during the week & earlier classes in the morning. A 5:45 or 6am class is better than 6:15.
