Love that I just show up and don’t have to worry about what muscle group I need to focus on. Since I go 5x / week I feel that by the end of the week I have focused on every major muscle group.
Like that it's always weights and cardio together, HITT workout. music, coaching, and personal support. Also always easily modified to anyone's starting points.
I like the workout because it’s different each day….while we may repeat a run or lift it’s usually about 2 weeks between a repeat for the most part.
What makes the workout a little better in Allen has to be the coach’s as we have been able to get to know them they have become more familiar with each member and what they can expect from the individual working out allowing a personalized approach to the workout. While I have attended other classes at other studios I have only witnessed the coach at one location really engaging and encourage the members as they were working out..it makes a difference when you can keep a consistent coaching team together and allow them to build that relationship that translates into a positive workout experience for each member.
