Love that the workouts are always tailored to push me and I donāt have to think about it. The coaches are positive and encouraging. I have seen my energy, strength, and endurance increase since starting!
Always different workouts which challenges different muscles, but the best aspect is that the trainer(s) are always pushing you during the workout and even after. Also worth mentioning is the hype before the workout! Whoopwhoop! āŗļø
The room was full of people at different points in their fitness journey and I felt very comfortable being there. The workout was fun yet challenging, and Iām excited to continue going!
