I was a 1st time attendee today at Core Power Yoga at Henderson and wanted to share how amazing the session was for everyone. Chad B. welcomed me so warmly, and I appreciated all the words of encouragement throughout the class. He even helped me with modifier instructions as I adjusted to the more intense workout. His upbeat demeanor and reinforcement really made a big difference in my session.

Afterwards Chad’s approach to assisting me with the memberships really sealed the deal, his customer service and sales were phenomenal. He was attentive to my needs and patience with questions make him my favorite already. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to many more with the Core Power Team.

I’ve been attending classes at Henderson for a few years.

Core power yoga let’s you flow and your own and be creative with your own practice by guiding you and assisting you every step of your practice. I like that every week they have new poses to challenge you grow in your practice.

The more often I go to CPY, the more I love it. I visit a lot of CPY locations coast to coast, and am always impressed with how welcoming and friendly everyone is. It really feels like a home away from home, and the energy in class is always really positive and motivating. The Henderson location is close to my office, so mid-day classes are a great break to get away from my desk. Henderson is always clean, the locker rooms are really spacious, and the shop is always really well stocked. On this visit, I took C2 with Nastia. She did a great job leading us, and made things fun with a Halloween playlist. Her goal for the day was working on Hurdler pose. I am over 6 feet tall, so these types of arm balances have always been difficult for me, but, using Nastia's suggestions, I got closer than I have ever been to executing that pose! CPY is a huge difference maker in my life!

I decided at the last minute that I had time for class so I went to the studio with just my clothes. Everyone was really friendly, and added me to the next class. I love how clean, spacious, and well organized every CPY studio is. The locker rooms are always great…with tons of space and storage! Nastia led a great CP2 class, which had a good crowd and good energy for 2:00 pm. Henderson is a great location, but it’s great that there are four other CPY studios near downtown Dallas to offer a lot of class times and variety!

Awesome, loved Genieve’s Hot Power Fusion class. She pays attention at every student’s posture and helps. I would definitely recommend this place.

How friendly and welcoming everyone is from the teachers to the students.

The stretching and movements are great for my joints and other ares of my body that are just too tight, and need to be stretched more.

It was challenging and empowering. I felt incredible after my class.

Loved the experience

The instructors especially Jay and Marissa combined with their playlist and energy, you will no doubt have a great hour workout. I’ve tried multiple workouts in the past but yoga sculpt and hot power fusion helps me stay physically and mentally balanced. I can’t thank this place enough!

I love that CPY is consistent. Whether around the city, or while traveling in another state - the on site facilities, class instruction, quality of instructors are all the same. And i love that about CPY, its setup to help you stay true to purpose, minimize excuses, and stay mindful of your intention.
