What do you like about our yoga, pilates and functional fitness?

The yoga studio is lovely. I normally do yin on a Friday which is a great complement to the pilates and functional fitness classes I do (rather than a more dynamic yoga practice). You just need to help Leonie with the music. Class is a nicer experience when we don;t have the sounds from the other classes coming through. Re pilates, I think it is great. It would be good to have some guidance on level 1 versus level 2, for example, when can you switch from 1 to 2 or can a level 2 class be modified to a level 1.5 or if I can only make a class at a time when its level 2 and I going to be really physically challenged after class? What I really like about functional fitness is the variety of classes. No workout is the same. My only comment is that the classes can sometimes work the same muscle groups (lots of rows and push ups) so by the end of the week those areas are very fatigued. Thanks for having such an awesome studio!

I like how accessible they are – they level 1 classes are really open and I feel like I'm not judged for being out of shape or anything. The teachers are all excellent as well – I've felt really welcomed and special in every class I've been in. Really, really impressed with your space, guys. Keep up the good work!

The classes are awesome, the instructors are constantly changing it up & making it fun whilst also challenging. I've noticed such a difference in my fitness & shape since started Pilates & functional fitness at Breathe.

i need to give some feedback on FFitness
i dont come to gym to think right - i work real hard -- so dont make me count
pyramids are ok but even they require thinking - i dont want to think when i am there, just get fit

i like the most the people who keep the classes together so its a team effort - lori does this best
not just start it off and then off it goes for 45 mins
keep the team together, change it every minute or whatever
it really elevates the energy

and then there's music
love good music - really adds
focus on the music too

keep it up guys
i need you to be ace
more FF classes would be better

Love the smaller class feel and the instructors. I feel they're actually interested in getting to know the members. Lori and Ferry are amazing!
I have already referred a friend and she is thinking about increasing her membership...

What do you like about our yoga, pilates and functional fitness?

The teachers are much better than you would get at a gym. They really focus on technique and take the time to ensure you're doing the move correctly
