Crystal my Home buddies visitor loved my two beagles as much as they loved her. For over two year's she took care of my boys 11 daily for hugs, water, play. Very responsible, warm, engaging. She adores animals and they love her.

The personal care, level of involvement when caring for our pets. The trust we have when we leave the house for weeks at a time. The notes that are left about each day we were gone and the updates we get are a comfort and fun for the family to see.

I appreciated that Lisa came by my home to meet the dogs and me plus agreed to do a trial run without me there to ensure Home Buddies was the best fit for our situation. My dogs bark a lot at people who come into "their" home, even when a family member is there. I was concerned staying at "camp" all week would be too much for my old gals (ages 12 & 14) even though they do fine at Camp BowWow for a few hours. Lisa sent me text updates while I was gone which allowed me and my husband to enjoy our vacation and have a peace of mind that the dogs were in good hands. When I returned home, the dogs and house were in great shape. There was a daily log with all their activities. I think they miss Lisa's daily walks! I love that Camp BowWow and Home Buddies are through the same company. Both entities really wanted the best possilbe situation for the dogs and our family. I highly recommend both Home Buddies and Camp BowWow and I plan to use them again.

We use your home buddy service because I have a pet who is blind a d requires special care. The service Crystal provides for my dogs is amazing. She treats them as if they were her own kids and gives them tons of love and belly rubs. In addition, she's always flexible and willing to come earlier or stay longer if needed. The dogs and I just love her.
We feel like we have family taking care of our pets while we are away.
I like that my pets receive great care in the confort of our home instead of having to stay in a crate at the vet. I also love Crystal! I know she is is great with my pets & they enjoy her visits! She has been so wobderful to them!

It's nice to not have to drop off and pick up my dog, especially with most places not allowing Sunday pick up. My dog doesn't like other dogs and is very skiddish, so leaving him at home is ideal.

The notes that are left every day about my dogs activities. I also appericate the quick response I receive from Crystal whenever I schedule a dog walk for my girls.
Everything is always very professional and so caring - Crystal sent me text messages with pictures to show how the kitties were doing and also gave updates on the house or anything that she felt might be out of place from an earlier visit. I sincerely appreciated her time and all that she did for the cats while I was away.
