What do you like about our workout?

I go to the 5:00 am workout and that has been a time that I can consistently go every day which has been a problem for me in trying to start and continue working out. Also, the class encourages me to push myself to improve. If I were to try and do the same workout by myself I would probably quit and go sit in the steam room and definitely wouldn't workout as hard.

What do you like about our workout?

Always feels different so you never get bored. I also like that is is individual exercise so you push yourself as hard as you want to, but that you have the benefit of a group pushing you to do better. The good music doesn't hurt either!

Jonathan was super helpful in getting me set up here even though it was not my home studio. This was a great example that you can easily go from gym to gym across the country

Anthony is really helpful in correcting my form in a really nice manner.

I also like Anthony's music the best.

Overall I like it when the trainers push us to achieve more than we thought we could, motivating us to give it a little more. Lots of motivation helps!

Ps I wish I could find out whether each day is a strength or power or esp or endurance day online so I can plan my workouts a little better.

Staff Energy!! Everyone is super nice. Location and Music are perfect. The louder the better!! I feel great after a workout!
