I really like it when the tread is mixed with the rower. Breaks up the running. The coaches are amazing and always giving positive encouragement. I really like the small classes and the lighting.

Where do I start?? My coaches!!! They motivate me and make me feel important. They know when to push me.
The workout!! I love how it is different everyday. I like the specialty workout days. I like the 50 classes when I want to mix things up.

I love that I can work at my personal level. If I want to go heavy I am encouraged. If I want light weight more reps I get support for that too.

Coach Amber keeps things fun while still encouraging us to do our best. Great atmosphere, and a great way to start your day.! Class times are so flexible, you can always squeeze one in!
Each day had a different focus and the templates change to prepare for the challenges. This keeps me motivated and on my toes. I love the staff. The sense of community is a bonus.
