I go to the run clud on Wednesdays. I find it well organised and it meets my needs of trying to get more cardio work in. I like the sprint / interval style and think it works for what I want to achieve.
The lunch time classes and a quick and effective work out for us officer workers :)

All the people I have met are very easy to talk to and especially my trainer Thomas, who pushes me, which is what I need to succeed. I feel that I am starting to see a change, not only on the outside but feeling better in general and I do not think I could have done that on my own. The additional interest in my food and extra training guidance is a big help and I am not sure you get that with every personal training service. It is a whole approach and beneficial when starting out. I am currently trying to encourage a lady at work to start, we will see how that goes :)

The biggest impact a personal trainer can deliver is consistency. It allows him/her to know where each person is at in their journey, and where and how to push each individual. And that's where Tim's greatest impact has been.
If Rapid can get its act together and find and retain more people like him, more clients will see better results and you'll make more money!
The education about diet combined with exercise, giving it a holistic view is great. My PT Tim Gould is also really friendly and makes new exercises approachable for me and at the right level of skill.
