There are several things I like. Of course, first is that I have received excellent care there. Dr Picerno is an amazing person and a wonderful knowledgeable doctor. The people at the front desk are friendly and caring. I've often seen one of them go out of their way to help someone with limited mobility. The medical assistants seem to know what they're doing. It all adds up to a feeling of confidence that's I'm in the right place. Not unimportant - the facility is clean. The only downside to having an appt at the Baptist South Hospital location is the parking! The still-new parking garage doesn't help enough. My husband usually drives me because of that. In the overall scheme of things, even that is not important.

Everyone from the receptionist, the interview nurse, the X-ray tech and ,of course, the Dr. himself were so helpful and friendly. Readily answered all my questions. Explained everything so I could understand everything discussed.
I had trouble finding the place and became anxious. Debbie stayed on the line with me till I got to the office. She went above and beyond .

Great new location - clean open bright inviting. appointment was right on schedule - session with Dr. Solis clearly explained to me what my issues and options might be and made me feel much more comfortable about was might be coming up. Staff is very helpful and friendly - just an all around excellent environment!
