I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. I arrived 30 minutes early, as instructed, and filled out the necessary paperwork. I was called back immediately and placed in an exam room. Dr. Gould came in and introduced himself. He was very kind and caring. He explained everything in a way that I could understand He made me feel important and respected. I look forward to working with him.
