I was super impressed with your services for us. The inspection was very thorough, focused on the big, the small and the details one would not have expected. Misha was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and owned the process making us feel so well taken care of. The report was put of this world well organized - easy to toggle between summary and detailed information. What a phenomenal plan to use as a guide for annual home
maintenance. The way the items were explained empowered us to negotiate final aspects of the home purchase and arrive at a win - win for both us and the sellers. And the concierge service- where for free you can help us get our utilities started - for families out of the area this is a very thoughtful and useful service.
