Thorough inspection report
My inspector, Manny, was great. As a first time home buyer, everything is new to me. Manny did a great job going into detail all things that need to be repaired and things that were fine. He answered all my questions and laughed at all my jokes. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.
The inspection services were very thorough and the structure for costs and necessity was very nice, helping us to decide what needs doing now vs how we present it to the seller of the property.

They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They gave us an overview before they left so we didn't have to just wait for the report and try to figure it out on our own!! We even brought our contractor friend with us and they didn't seem to mind that he was lurking around...lol.
